THE SAME PLATE, MISWIRED

Every node sits on the line it sits on in Plate A — that is the point of drawing it twice. Only the wiring changed. Gold is what the fake borrowed from the genuine article; rust is the counterfeiter's own work — the wires it cut, marked where they were severed, and the chemistry it spliced in to cover the loss.

HOW TO READ IT

  • No rust wire ends in columns 3 or 4. They sweep across them — none lands. Of 22 spliced wires, exactlyzero land on an appraisal or a value. Not one counterfeit on this sheet manufactures a belief or a commitment — it can't. Those are the walked layers, and walking is the one thing a shortcut cannot contain. The blank rust column is the assay.
  • What it pays with instead: chemistry. 82% of every splice lands on layer 1 — serotonin, cortisol, endorphin. The counterfeit is not a wrong idea about the compound; it is the same errand run on a cheaper reagent.
  • And what it cuts is the middle. 66% of the 29 severed wires come out of appraisal and values. Look at where the cut marks cluster: the fakes are made by reaching into the two columns you had to walk for, and pulling.
  • Endorphin, wired to nothing on Plate A, feeds five fakes here. Same node, same line, the other plate. It was never missing from the architecture — it was working the whole time, one drawing over.
  • Four compounds have no known counterfeit — AWE, MUDITA, GENERATIVITY, INTEGRITY. There is no clean formula pattern behind that (two carry values, two don't), so it is an open question rather than a finding: is a fake genuinely impossible for these, or has nobody named the fake yet? The first is a claim about the architecture. The second is a gap in the catalogue.
